Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with liners or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the Betty Crocker Zero Sugar Strawberry Cake Mix with the strawberry-flavored Fairlife Protein Shake. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the diced fresh strawberries gently into the batter.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Decorate the top of each muffin with additional strawberry pieces if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
