- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly golden.
- Meanwhile, to make the creamy avocado sauce, blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, and garlic until smooth. Add salt to taste.
- Once the meatballs are done, drizzle them with the creamy avocado sauce and serve immediately.
