Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with the sage stuffing mix, fresh sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a border on one long edge.
  5. Brush the border with beaten egg, then roll the pastry tightly to form a log.
  6. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in the air fryer basket.
  7. Brush the tops with more egg for a golden finish.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the sausage is cooked through.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
