Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the zucchini slices evenly on the bottom.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture over the zucchini, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Top the dish with grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over that.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top and add dried basil, if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
