- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the zucchini slices evenly on the bottom.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the zucchini, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Top the dish with grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over that.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and add dried basil, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
