Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onions and sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Lightly spray two small aluminum or oven-safe bowls with olive oil spray.
- Divide the meat and vegetable mixture evenly into the bowls.
- Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella cheese and add optional pepperoni slices on top.
- Place the bowls in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Carefully remove the bowls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
