- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well blended.
- Add the eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- Using your hands, form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the mixture, making sure they are compact.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated and set aside on a plate.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; ensure the oil is hot enough by testing with a small amount of batter.
- Carefully place a few balls in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan, and fry until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Flip the balls to fry evenly on all sides.
- Once golden brown, remove the bites and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Repeat until all bites are fried, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
