Instructions

• Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
• Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and keto sweetener until fluffy.
• Add eggs and mix until combined.
• Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
• Add almond flour, baking powder, and water.
• Mix until a smooth batter forms.

• In a small bowl, combine melted butter, sweetener, and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
• Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan.
• Drizzle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter.
• Add the remaining batter.
• Drizzle the remaining cinnamon mixture on top.
• Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture through the batter.

• Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
• Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
