Instructions
• Lightly grease four ramekins or silicone egg molds with olive oil.
• Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes with the ramekins inside.
• Carefully crack one egg into each hot ramekin.
• Pour 2–3 tablespoons of hot water over each egg.
• Return the ramekins to the air fryer.
• Reduce the temperature to 180°C (360°F).
• Air fry for 4–5 minutes, depending on your preferred yolk consistency.
• Carefully remove the ramekins using heatproof gloves or tongs.
• Gently loosen the eggs with a silicone spatula if needed.
• Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
• Serve immediately with toast, avocado, or your favorite breakfast sides.
