Instructions
• Wash the potato peelings thoroughly and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
• Place the potato peelings in a large bowl or resealable bag.
• Add the olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
• Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
• Toss again until all the peelings are well seasoned.
• Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
• Arrange the potato peelings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
• Air fry for 6–9 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes for even cooking.
• Cook until the peelings are golden brown and crispy.
• Serve immediately while warm and crunchy.
