Instructions
• Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized cubes or thick slices.
• Cut the onion into large chunks or thick slices.
• Place the potatoes and onions in a large mixing bowl.
• Drizzle with olive oil.
• Add garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
• Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
• Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
• Arrange the potatoes and onions in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
• Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5–7 minutes for even cooking.
• Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown and the onions are caramelized.
• Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
