Instructions
• Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into 1/2 cm (1/4-inch) thick rounds.
• Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes to remove excess starch.
• Drain the potatoes and pat them completely dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.
• In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic granules, dried mixed herbs, and salt until evenly coated.
• Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
• Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
• Air fry for 18 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the slices halfway through cooking.
• Cook for an additional 2 minutes if needed, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy around the edges.
• Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
