Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh blackberries washed and dried
- ¾ cup fresh raspberries washed and dried
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries washed and dried
- ¾ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup granular sugar
- ¾ cup salted butter, melted and cooled
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup old fashion oats
- Optional topping – 1 cup vanilla ice cream & fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Grease six 4-ounce ramekins.
- Add berries and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl and toss until coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and milk until well combined.
- Add ¼ cup batter to each ramekin.
- Add heaping ¼ cup berries to each ramekin.
- Add oats to the remaining batter and mix.
- Top ramekins with two tablespoons oat mixture.
- Place in air fryer basket *You may need to do more than one batch*
- Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from the air fryer basket.
- Allow to cool slightly, then top with optional ice cream and mint leaves before serving.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
