AIR FRYER SKILLET CORNBREAD

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk whole
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing all of your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, the cornmeal, flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

  2. Then mix in the wet ingredients, buttermilk, whole milk, and egg, mix well.

  3. Then spray your cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil.

  4. Pour your batter into the prepared skillet.

  5. Set your time to 9 minutes at 350 degrees F. I checked mine and it was golden brown on the edges, so I removed it. That’s the color you are looking for, golden and firm to the touch.
