- 1 lb venison sliced in to 1/4 in. slices
- 1/4 cup melted butter salted or unsalted
- salt as desired (I sprink about a teaspoon for 1 lb.)
- pepper as desired (I used about 1/2 teaspoon for 1 lb.)
