Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package instructions. Bake the biscuits and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt a small amount of butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your preference (scrambled or fried). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the biscuits in half and place a layer of cooked sausage on the bottom half.
  5. Top the sausage with the cooked egg, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the biscuit back on and return the assembled sandwiches to the oven just long enough to melt the cheese (about 3-5 minutes).
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Chef’s Tips

  • For added flavor, consider using spicy sausage or adding a dash of hot sauce.
  • You can make the biscuits from scratch using your favorite recipe for a personal touch.
  • Make these ahead of time and freeze for a quick, microwavable breakfast.
