Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks, then boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Slice the sausages and cook until browned.
- Prepare the Maggi Devilled Sausage Satchet mix according to the packet instructions, then add to the sausages. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Boil the corn on the cob in a large pot of water until tender, around 10 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash them with butter, milk, and chopped spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the devilled sausages with corn on the cob and the spinach-potato mash on the side.
