Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Scoop out portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme and rosemary on top of each biscuit if desired.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
