- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your preferred thickness.
- Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to burn it.
- Spread the garlic oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with salt and black pepper, then spread it over the garlic base.
- Sprinkle the chopped spinach evenly over the ricotta layer.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
